By integrating LiveAgent with CloudTalk, you can see all information about calls and recordings in one place - CloudTalk or the LiveAgent interface. When a client calls, all the necessary information about the client (call history, records, notes, etc.) becomes available instantly. Your agents will provide more complete and faster customer service.

An additional benefit for LiveAgent users is that all customer calls from CloudTalk are synchronized. When the call ends, the corresponding information is sent to the LiveAgent and matched against the client's record. You will see the name of the agent, the length of the call, the waiting time, and the name of the company from which the call was made. Each call is also associated with a record available at any time.
