У 2023 році Tempo придбав LiquidPlanner. Окремий продукт і бренд були припинені, а його технології були інтегровані в портфельний планувальник Tempo як Portfolio Manager (раніше LiquidPlanner), що завершило існування LiquidPlanner як незалежної платформи.
LiquidPlanner була професійною платформою для управління проектами та планування, побудованою навколо однієї основної ідеї: прогнозування на основі пріоритетів. Продукт був розроблений для інженерних команд, агенцій, ІТ-відділів та професійних послуг, де невизначеність є нормальною, а статичні плани швидко ламаються. Його перевагою було відповідати на складні запитання, які насправді цікавлять менеджерів: Коли це дійсно буде зроблено? Що станеться, якщо ми додамо ще один проект? Де ми перевантажені?
Ключові можливості включали планування на основі ресурсів, ймовірнісні графіки, моделювання сценаріїв та глибоку видимість навантаження. LiquidPlanner позиціонував себе як інструмент для серйозного планування, а не легкого відстеження завдань. Він більше конкурував з розвиненими інструментами, такими як Microsoft Project, аніж з Trello чи Asana.
Протягом багатьох років LiquidPlanner створював лояльну нішеву аудиторію серед команд з великим навантаженням, яким потрібна була точність прогнозування, а не прості списки справ. Однак його складність і вища ціна обмежували масове прийняття, роблячи його краще підходящим як двигун для планування на рівні портфоліо, ніж як основний додаток для співпраці.
