YayPay was acquired by Quadient and folded into Quadient’s Business Process Automation/Accounts Receivable automation portfolio. The standalone brand shifted under Quadient, and the yaypay.com domain now redirects to Quadient’s AR automation pages, reflecting the integration.

YayPay was a SaaS platform built to modernize Accounts Receivable (AR) for mid-market and enterprise finance teams. The product focused on shortening Days Sales Outstanding by automating the work that usually lives in spreadsheets, inbox threads, and manual follow-ups. At its core, YayPay centralized customer invoicing status, payment promises, and collection activity into a single workspace, turning AR into a measurable, prioritized pipeline.

The platform typically connected to ERP/accounting systems, pulled open invoices and customer data, and then helped teams segment accounts by risk, value, and likelihood to pay. It emphasized workflow: automatic reminders, task queues for collectors, and templates for consistent outreach across email and other channels. A key part of the value was visibility—dashboards for cash forecasting, dispute tracking, and performance metrics—so finance leaders could understand what’s blocking payments and where effort should be focused.

YayPay also leaned into “smart” collections. Instead of treating every overdue invoice the same, it aimed to recommend next best actions, reduce low-value chasing, and improve customer experience through structured, predictable communication. In short, it was an AR automation and collections workflow product designed to increase cash flow with less manual effort.
