Clarizen's zoom integration helps you and your team stay on top of all your work with real-time updates, video recording and chatting.
Thanks to this integration, you can:
- receive notifications about updates of the Tasks that you or your team are working on. You will also receive notifications whenever due dates or priorities change, and when checklist items are completed. This is very useful for marketing departments, for example, when a piece of content goes through the editing and approval phase.
- create new Clarizen tasks directly from Zoom Chat. This is great for when two team members are discussing a project in Zoom and get an idea of a new project task that needs to be created in Clarizen.
- Create Zoom meetings and associate them with specific tasks in a specific workspace. When the meeting is over, Clarizen will automatically update the task description with a copy of the meeting recording and transcript.
