The Constant Contact integration with Zoho CRM allows you to automatically sync critical customer data between Constant Contact and your Zoho CRM customer relationship management system.

Zoho CRM has a higher priority than Constant Contact, so any data changes in Zoho CRM will always sync to Constant Contact. Contact or lead data is synchronized from Constant Contact only if the email address does not exist in Zoho CRM at the time of synchronization.
