Email-mailing is one of the marketing tools that serves to communicate with current and potential customers. It implies periodic contact with customers by sending him an email message. From ordinary mail it is distinguished by its mass character - i.e. sending one message to a large number of recipients.

Spam is the incorrect use of email mailings, i.e. without the consent of the recipient. Another sign of spam - it can not be abandoned.

Yoolla CRM allows you to connect to the mailing list service, and also to exchange contacts with subscribers. Creation of messages and production of mailing is carried out from the personal cabinet of the MailChimp service.

Import groups (load existing groups)
Adding a subscriber to one or more groups is available from a card of a particular Organization or Person, subject to the availability of an email
Adding multiple subscribers to one or more groups is available from the Organizations or Person Directory from the "Actions" menu
Downloading existing subscribers (import) from one or several groups with the simultaneous creation of the Organization or Contact (Person), incl. with the support of files in CSV format, which can be obtained from the Personal account in the section Address Book / "List Name" / "Export to Excel".

Note: The resulting import file has an encoding that CRM does not support. Therefore, before importing, you need to convert the encoding of the file to UTF-8.
Subscriber can be unsubscribed from the group in the "Groups" section.
