Gainsight's integration with Pipedrive allows you to sync data from source objects such as Transactions, Accounts, Contacts, and custom objects from the Pipedrive system to Gainsight.

The Transform function provides the ability to create or modify new fields. The new fields can be used to change the external field according to the consumption requirements in the Gainsight data model.

Observation fields can be defined to fill different values ​​for different observation conditions. For example, external dropdown values ​​such as New, Open, and Closed can be changed to Active and Inactive to match the Gainsight dropdown values.
