By integrating Mailchimp with Help Scout, you can get your Mailchimp customer profile data right from the Help Scout Customer sidebar. You will be able to see which lists they are subscribed to, add or unsubscribe them, and open their Mailchimp profile with one click. When you unsubscribe a customer from a mailing list, it will look as if the customer has unsubscribed.
