Infusionsoft's ScheduleOnce Connector provides seamless scheduling integration across all stages of the customer lifecycle.

When any customer or prospect places an order, ScheduleOnce uses their email address to check if a contact exists at Infusionsoft. The contact is then automatically created or updated according to your record creation rules.

When a booking is made and the customer does not exist in Infusionsoft, a contact record is automatically created with all the information provided by the customer.

Each ScheduleOnce booking creates an appointment in Infusionsoft and adds it to the Infusionsoft Calendar. The appointment is automatically linked to the corresponding contact record.
