It is often necessary to store large number of files in the customer card. Although amoCRM offers the ability to add files, the space for them is limited. In order not to face such problem, you can use Dropbox widget, leaving all files in cloud storage. Using this widget, you no longer have to think about the amount of space available for files not only in amoCRM, but also about the balance of free space on the drive of your computer.

This widget works just like a normal file download. In your amoCRM account in the menu "Transactions" and "Contact us" icon will appear in the dropbox, you can upload any file from your computer. To attach a file in the customer card you must click on the text area for the notes, below you will see the icon "Add file" and next to "Dropbox". To use cloud storage, click on this button. To upload and download files anyone can amoCRM, this registers a widget only once in the entire company.
