JustCall integration with Capsule

JustCall integration with Capsule allows you to make and receive calls, track missed calls, listen to voicemail and call recordings, and send and receive text messages directly from the Capsule dashboard.

JustCall will create tasks in your Capsule account for every call you make or receive. Similar tasks are created for incoming and outgoing text messages.

With the Capsule icon on the dial pad, you will be able to access all previous interactions - be it previous calls, messages, or your customer notes.
