Widget Facebook automatically finds your customer in the social network.

Customer search in Facebook is based on email and customer name specified in amoCRM. If the user you have friends, you'll find it. If not, you will be prompted to find a contact through the mail. Once you have attached user in contact, in the window of the widget will display a summary of your account, you can add a client as a friend or send a direct message. Also, if you have groups in which you are an administrator, you can write to the client on behalf of the group.
