زرمو كانت منصة مفتوحة المصدر لإدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) تم بناؤها على PHP، مصممة لدمج وظائف CRM التقليدية مع عناصر الألعاب. وكان الهدف من النظام هو تحسين تفاعل المستخدم من خلال تقديم آليات مشابهة للألعاب مثل النقاط والشارات ولوحات المتصدرين، مما يشجع فرق المبيعات والموظفين على استخدام المنصة بنشاط. وقد وضعت هذه الطريقة زرمو كبديل تفاعلي أكثر مقارنة بأنظمة CRM التقليدية، التي غالباً ما تعاني من انخفاض معدلات التبني.
