Landbot integration with Zendesk allows you to combine your IM bots Landbot with the Zendesk ticket management system, to provide convenient customer support. The integration will allow your customers to create a customer support ticket right from the chatbot conversation and submit it to Zendesk. This way, you can automate general chatbot conversations, but still keep all requests that the bot cannot resolve under one roof of your Zendesk account.
